Conservatives don’t want to expose young children to political or sexual propaganda in school regardless of whether the propaganda is conservative or liberal.
Similarly, conservatives don’t want to have big govt, regardless of whether the govt is “big conservative” or “big liberal.”

The older one gets, the wiser. Also, the older one gets, the more conservative. Is there a connection? Yes. Conservatism is a wiser philosophy that liberalism.
Also, soldiers are more conservative.
So two groups of people who are more conservative are those who are older and wiser and those who have volunteered to put their lives on the line to protect us.
