In regards to Swordfish's Bushi post below, the name Samurai when one looks into the true unaltered meaning of the word means, one whom serves. I have for years admired the Samurai their arms and armor and their history. Pagan though the Samurai were by studying their loyalty, obedience and servant nature to their lord I've come to this insight. The ultimate servant, the ultimate Samurai in the true sense of the meaning is Jesus Christ. (No offense to Him meant). He came, he served, he died and resurrected for us at the instructions of His master and His Father the Lord God almighty. One can perhaps see this "Samurai" nature of Jesus Christ better by looking into His life and ministry.
Like I wrote, just and interesting insight I had.
